Welcome to the New AppraisalPro Website & Blog

AppraisalPro.com features responsive design

Totally Redesigned with Clients and Appraisers in Mind

Here at AppraisalPro, we thought there was no better way to ring in 2014 than with a brand new website, redesigned from the ground up! The new site features the same great customer service you’ve come to expect from AppraisalPro’s national appraisal management company as well as many new features and functionality. AppraisalPro.com includes extensive industry resources to help appraisers and lenders navigate the appraisal process from start to finish. Separate sections for lenders and appraisers ensure visitors to the new site can find the information they need quickly and easily.

Created with the user experience strongly in mind, the website was designed using the latest in responsive themes so all users will have the best possible viewing and navigation experience.

Visitors to the site can stay up to date on company and real estate appraisal industry news through the blog as well as many social media channels, all of which are easy to find. Bookmark the site, friend and follow us to be the first to know about fresh content on topics that are important to you.

For Clients

The new site features a Lender FAQ section that answers some of lenders’ most commonly asked questions. If there is a question that isn’t answered on the FAQ page, mortgage professionals can submit their query on the bottom of the page and we will find an answer. There is also easy access to a wealth of mortgage industry information for the busy mortgage professional. A comprehensive list of appraiser designations, form libraries and current information on government regulations and laws like USPAP and Dodd-Frank are all available. We want clients to receive their appraisals in a timely manner so the section “Tips for a Smooth Appraisal” showcases best practices and common mistakes to avoid in order to have the smoothest order process possible.

For Appraisers

AppraisalPro is proud to be “The Appraiser Friendly AMC” who truly values our appraisers. The new Appraisers section features a dedicated Appraiser FAQ that answers some of appraisers’ most commonly asked questions. Appraisers can submit any question they don’t see answered on the FAQ page as well. AppraisalPro is always looking for highly qualified professional appraisers to add to our national Appraiser Panel. Appraisers can register to join our panel and begin offering their services to our real estate and mortgage customers.

AppraisalPro has partnered with the Appraisal University to offer a discount on continuing education courses for appraisers. Using the link on our website appraisers enjoy 10% off a year’s subscription to Appraisal University. Their subscription allows unlimited access to Appraisal University’s entire course catalog for a full year. AU lets busy professionals learn when and where its convenient for them – it is cloud-based so its available anywhere with internet access.

Responsive Design For All

When it comes to websites, you may have been hearing a lot about “responsive design” lately. What is responsive design, exactly? It is a web design method that creates sites that offer the optimal viewing experience on many different devices, from desktop and laptop computers to smartphones and tablets. Responsive designs aim to let the audience read and navigate the site comfortably with as little re-sizing, panning and scrolling as possible.

The new AppraisalPro.com was designed using a responsive theme because we want all the site’s visitors to have a beautiful, smooth experience and we know that in today’s on-the-go world, users access the site from a wide variety of devices. AppraisalPro’s responsive design integrates touch technology, so the site works properly on tablets and smartphones. Responsive sites also rank higher in search engines, making it easier for our clients, appraisers and those in need of appraisal services to find us online.
