Please be aware that as part of your appraisal request, 3 standard comps are included.  Correction requests are expedited and free of charge.  If you wish to have additional comps added to the report - * at the discretion of the appraiser, there may be an additional charge of anywhere from $25 -$50 per additional request which will need to be paid for by credit card in advance.
