A: Conduit Level is our basic appraisal management where AppraisalPro serves as the conduit for all appraisal transactions for a lender or client. We facilitate the transaction in the placing of the request, and in the electronic statusing, delivery and messaging througout the process. Both the lender and Appraiser share in the cost of using the service. This keeps costs down for all parties involved.

Q: what is "Management Level" ?

A: Management Level is our FULL SERVICE appraisal management function. With this service we will handle all details of the appraisal transaction - from start to finish. This includes :
