INTERMEDIATE HIGH VALUE REPORT

Summary:
This property inspections report is designed for properties over 4K square feet of living area and between $600K and $1.2M in replacement cost, this low cost alternative to the Comprehensive High Value Report (HVR) combines a standard AFS Property Observation Report (POR) and a Limited Interior Replacement Cost Supplement. The data collected is applied to your choice of High Value Replacement Cost Engines with a great reliance on their core internal “assumptions tables.” This report includes a dwelling diagram and RC detail, and provides the underwriter with a detailed external and internal check of the property, in order to determine overall insurability. Cost model options are available from E2Value, ISO and the M&S/B-RCT lines of valuation tools.

RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL REPORT

Summary:
Residential property inspections include a general assessment of a property and an evaluation of its current condition. The inspection is a visual examination of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, built-in appliances and essential internal and external structural components of a residential dwelling. The inspector will seek to identify all pertinent defects exposed to their view and readily apparent on the day of the inspection. This inspection assists the client in evaluating the overall condition of the dwelling.

Commercial property inspections are performed for lenders who are in the process of lending finances for a commercial property and need to understand the current condition of the property. These inspections are also provided for insurance companies who need to be aware of any conditions that may be cause for a claim in the near future.
